Duty Included

Shipping fees cover import duties and taxes for nearly all international shipments, so no extra charges upon receipt.

Exclusions

Customs Delays

Cross-border parcels require customs inspection that could slow delivery. We take no liability for hold-ups from clearance procedures.

Missing Shipments

Should your parcel go missing during delivery, email info@moonart.uk within 30 days after shipment confirmation. We’ll coordinate with the delivery provider to investigate and offer either a refund or replacement based on stock availability.

Damaged Items

For orders received broken or flawed, send us damage photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll organise a replacement or refund dependent on current stock.
